DIRECTIONS: Travel Route 36 North through  Cooks Forest and Leeper and then through Tylersburg. From Tylersburg, continue on Route 36 North for approximately 2 miles to the North Clarion High School. Come to intersection of Rte. 36 North and Route 208 (Frillls Corner).   See convenience store at this intersection. Turn Left onto Route 208 toward Fryburg.  Travel only 1/2 mile on Route 208 and turn Left onto Putman Road (T-601).  Travel approx. 1.2 miles on Putman Road, passing large corn fields, soy bean fields, nice camps and an S-curve.  Look for nice camp “Crow’s Nest” with a crow cut-out on left.  Our property is on Right-hand side, directly across from Crow’s Nest Camp.  See our orange & white for leases signs on Right.

All 4 corners are identified with surveyor’s iron pins and fluorescent ribbon wrapped around white 2 x 4 stakes.  The northeast corner is flagged and the eastern line is marked with ribbon. The southeastern corner stops at an orange painted line (orange Xs on trees). There is an old 25 to 35 hemlock or pine stump at the southwestern corner. There is a 2 pipe across from Putnam drive which is close to our Northwestern corner.

You would be permitted to use our property all year round!
