Liability insurance annual premium:
$ 295.00 FOR LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR THE PERIOD OF AUG. 1 THRU AUG. 1
FOR EACH YEAR.

The hunting club has to do the following:

1) The hunting club has to form a charter with a list of all of the hunting members. (Each year, on the anniversary date of the hunting lease, the hunting club has to send Mowreys an updated charter of members in the club.)

* NOTE: The hunting club has to form a Charter in order for the liability insurance to be valid.
Kim Mowrey can help you set up a Charter for your hunting club.

2) The hunting lease has to have the hunting club name listed as Lessee on the lease with Mowreys. Mowreys’ hunting lease agreement needs to be signed by all officers of the hunting club.

3) Liability insurance requirements: $1 million per occurrence or $ 2 million aggregate per year. The hunting club name has to be listed as “insured” on the insurance policy.

4) Mowreys, t/d/b/a/ “Blue Sky” need to be listed as “additional insured” on the hunting club’s liability insurance policy.

FOR BLUE SKY PROPERTIES, MOWREYS MUST BE LISTED AS “ADDITIONAL INSURED” ON THE LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY AS FOLLOWS:

Patrick H. Mowrey, individually, and Kim E. Mowrey , individually, and as Trustees of the Patrick H. Mowrey Family Trust and the Kim E.Mowrey Family Trust, t/d/b/a "Blue Sky" as "Insured"on said policy. Lessees will provide insurance verification to Lessors by Sept. 29, 2006.

FOR TRUST PROPERTIES, MOWREYS MUST BE LISTED AS “ADDITIONAL INSURED” ON THE HUNTING CLUB’S LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY AS FOLLOWS:

Patrick H. Mowrey Family Trust, Kim E. Mowrey Family Trust, Patrick H. Mowrey, Trustee, and Kim E. Mowrey, Trustee.
