May 15, 2008 HUNTING LEASE TERMS FOR MOWREY / BLUE SKY PROPERTIES : TERM: 2 year lease ANNUAL RENTAL:
LIABILITY INSURANCE: $ 1 million liability insurance
per occurrence and $ 2 million aggregate liability policy, listing
Blue Sky / Mowreys as "additional insured." POSTING PROPERTY: Prior to hunting, Lessee will post "no trespassing signs" around the entire perimeter of the property, at their expense. 2 hunting/ fishing passes given to Mowreys each year. Mowreys or any of their agents or representatives are allowed on the property at any time for timber harvesting, development, etc. Gates will be installed at Lessee’s expense
if necessary. No 4-wheelers, motorcycles, or any all terrain vehicles are permitted at any time. No trapping permitted. No open fires are permitted. No timber cutting of any kind. If Mowreys sell the land, the lease becomes null and void. Mowreys / Blue Sky have the right to cut timber on the property at any time.
