DIRECTIONS: Go to the village of Westover on Rte. 36 South. In Westover, turn left off Rte. 36 onto Bridge Street (SR 3006). Cross the railroad and bridge and pass the Westover Baptist Church on the right-hand side. Go up a very steep hill and at the top of the hill, turn Right (pass Christmas Trees ) on left-hand side of SR 3006 and come to the intersection of SR 3006 and SR 3003 (Barrons Road). Stay straight on Barrons Road (SR 3003) toward Newburg. At this point you are exactly 3 miles from the Westover Baptist Church. Travel exactly 1 mile on SR 3003 and see our neighbor Leo Burkey’s green gate on the right-hand side of our 14 acre property. Our 14 Acres starts only approx. 100 feet distant from Leo Burkey’s green gate. I put a white stake and painted 3 orange stripes at our corner. Our Southwestern Corner is right along Barrons Road (SR 3003), behind a large Oak Tree. This is the common boundary line between our 14 Acres and Leo Burkey’s camp property.
You would be permitted to use our property all year round!
It’s a fantastic bargain when you think about it because you have use of our property all year round.
